Kristin Kaniaupio, LSW

Kristin Kaniaupio received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and is interested in making a difference in serious and chronic illnesses for the communities of Hawaiʻi.  Recognizing the importance for patients and their families to have the care and attention needed to manage their health, she invests her time in supporting social and emotional wellbeing. Her philosophy as a Care Manager is to ensure that all patients feel empowered to make informed decisions regarding their health. Kristin’s favorite thing about her role as a Care Manager is the ability to provide education and community resources tailored to the needs of each patient she meets.
