Ruby Hayasaka, RDN, LDN

Ruby Hayasaka received her Master of Science in Nutrition from Loma Linda University and is nationally certified with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.  Ruby joins the MKC team after serving the windward community for 16 years as the Director of Nutritional Services at Adventist Health Castle.  Her drive to help kamaʻaina navigate to a healthier lifestyle is shown with her significant achievements and participation with the Hawaii Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and co-founder of Sweet Annie 501(c)(3).  With her extensive knowledge, she strives to help patients with CKD, hypertension, and diabetes navigate their complicated dietary restrictions.
